shipping*

We are currently only shipping within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).  Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground and are usually processed within 48 hours.  You can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days once shipped.  Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order.  Orders (excluding butsudan) exceeding $150.00 qualify for free shipping.
 

You will be notified promptly by email of any delays in shipping. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has shipped. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together (due to size and weight), and may be received separately. California residents will have sales tax automatically added to their order (8.5%). All orders shipping out-of-state do not pay a sales tax.

You will be notified by email with tracking information from the chosen shipping service when your package ships.

* The above terms and prices apply to all items except altars.  Shipping for altars will be calculated on a case by case  basis  and quoted prior to shipping.

returns

In addition to being inspired we also want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange the merchandise within 14 days of original purchase.  Credit or charges due will be issued to the original credit card.

Please note that sale items and all written materials sales are final.

Original shipping fees are not refundable and you will be responsible for the shipping fees for the returned merchandise.  Kenzoku is not responsible for any lost or returned shipments.

damaged / Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event of damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
